Abstract

¿¬±¸¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½º, ÆÀ ÀÀÁý·Â, Á¶Á÷°øÁ¤¼º°ú Á÷Àå ³» ±«·ÓÈû°úÀÇ °ü°è¸¦ °ËÁõÇϱâ À§ÇÑ °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

¿¬±¸¹æ¹ý: ±¸Á¶È­µÈ ¼³¹®Áö¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© 198¸íÀÇ °£È£»ç¸¦ ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ÀڷḦ ¼öÁýÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç, ÀÚ·á¼öÁý±â°£Àº 2016³â 12¿ùºÎÅÍ 2017³â 1¿ù±îÁöÀ̾ú´Ù. ÀÚ·áºÐ¼®Àº ¼­¼úÀû Åë°èºÐ¼®, t-test, ÀÏ¿øºÐ»êºÐ¼®, Pearson »ó°ü°ü°èºÐ¼®, ´ÙÁßȸ±ÍºÐ¼®À» ½Ç½ÃÇÏ¿´´Ù.

¿¬±¸°á°ú: °£È£»çÀÇ Á÷Àå ³» ±«·ÓÈû ÇÇÇØÀÚ´Â 12.1%·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. ´ÙÁßȸ±ÍºÐ¼® °á°ú ÆÀ ÀÀÁý·ÂÀÇ ÇϺοäÀÎÀÎ °ú¾÷ÀÀÁý·Â(¥â=-.20, p=.040), Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½º(¥â=.19, p=.047)°¡ Á÷Àå ³» ±«·ÓÈûÀÇ ¿¹Ãø ¿äÀÎÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù(adj. R2=.11, p<.001).

°á·Ð: ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ ¿¬±¸°á°úµéÀº ÆÀ ÀÀÁý·Â°ú Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½º°¡ ÀÓ»ó°£È£»çÀÇ Á÷Àå ³» ±«·ÓÈû°ú °ü·ÃÀÌ ÀÖÀ½À» Á¦½ÃÇØÁÖ°í ÀÖ´Ù. µû¶ó¼­ Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½º¸¦ °¨¼Ò½ÃÅ°°í ÆÀÀÀÁý·ÂÀ» Áõ°¡½ÃÅ°´Â ü°èÀûÀÎ °ü¸® Á¶Á÷À» ±¸ÃàÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÌ ÇÊ¿äÇÏ´Ù.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships of job stress, team cohesion, organizational justice and workplace bullying among Korean general hospitals nurses.

Methods: During December 2016 and January, 2017, a survey of 198 nurses was done using structured self-administered questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple linear regression analysis.

Results: The prevalence of bullying was 12.1%. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis revealed that task cohesion (¥â=-.20, p=.040) as a sub-factor of team cohesion and job stress (¥â=.19, p=.047) were predictive of workplace bullying (adj. R2=.11, p<.001).

Conclusion: These results suggest that team cohesion and job stress are associated with workplace bullying by nurses. Building a well-organized management plan which reduces job stress and promotes team cohesion is recommended for the registered nurses.
